The Moses Mabhida Foundation is a registered South African non-profit organisation. We collect personal information only where it is needed to respond to you, and we process it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, process a volunteer application or acknowledge a donation. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Our office team and, where a request needs it, the relevant programme staff. We share information with third parties only where the law requires it.
Your rights
